Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve client and internal inquiries related to trade executions and settlements
  • Monitor daily trade execution flows to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform trade reconciliations between internal systems, counterparties, and clearing houses
  • Analyze trading platform data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with trading desks, operations teams, and technology groups to optimize workflows
  • Maintain detailed documentation of trade investigations and resolution processes
  • Support the development and testing of trading system enhancements
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and control procedures
  • Generate reports on trade performance metrics and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in training junior team members on trading services protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, trading operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including execution, settlement, and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in the securities industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex inquiries
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's trading systems or similar proprietary platforms
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol, SWIFT messaging, or other trade communication standards
  • Certification in financial services such as CFA Level 1 or FRM
