Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of trade reports and reconciliation of positions with front-office systems
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk management protocols specific to trading services
  • Perform data validation and quality checks on trade inputs to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to system enhancements or workflow automation in the trading environment
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to facilitate smooth trade settlements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, trading operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, execution processes, and regulatory requirements in the financial markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data with accuracy
  • Part-time availability for up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for shift work
