Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and confirm trades across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, and derivatives in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor trade flows, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with traders, operations teams, and global stakeholders to support seamless trade processing
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
  • Perform daily reconciliations of trade data and generate reports for management review
  • Assist in the onboarding of new trading products or clients, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems
  • Contribute to team initiatives for knowledge sharing and training on trading services best practices
  • Handle exception processing and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in trading operations, financial services, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes in equities, fixed income, or derivatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trade execution platforms such as Bloomberg or Charles River
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements like Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, or local Philippine SEC guidelines
