Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash reconciliation and settlement processes for prime brokerage clients at JP Morgan Chase

  • Collaborate with front-office trading teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce settlement risks

  • Lead initiatives for process automation and technology integration in prime brokerage workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with a focus on prime brokerage or trading services
  • Proven track record in managing cash operations and controls within a high-volume trading environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank applicable to prime brokerage
