As a key member of our Operations team within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will ensure seamless execution, settlement, and reconciliation of trades, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our market-leading trading platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the entire trade lifecycle for equity, repo, fixed income, US Treasury, and corporate bonds
• Execute and confirm trades accurately, ensuring timely settlement and reconciliation
• Monitor market data and trade positions to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams including traders, sales, and compliance to facilitate smooth operations
• Handle client inquiries and provide updates on trade status and market conditions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies
• Assist in risk management by analyzing trade exposures and recommending mitigations
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in trading services
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and client reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in trading operations or support
• Strong understanding of equity, repo, fixed income, US Treasury, and corporate bonds markets
• Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex financial data
• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or Series 7
• Experience working at a major investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with JPMorgan's proprietary trading systems and platforms
• Prior exposure to client-facing roles in trading services

Required Skills

• Proficiency in financial markets and instruments (equity, fixed income, repo)
• Knowledge of trade settlement systems like DTCC and Euroclear
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA)
• Technical skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software
