Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trading services, trade closing, or financial operations within the banking or securities industry
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, including primary and secondary trade settlements
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards such as SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank requirements
  • Experience with third-party agency interactions and review processes in a financial services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive transactions with accuracy
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain necessary securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 or 99)
