Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve trade inquiries from front office traders and clients to ensure accurate execution
  • Monitor daily trade execution flows across multiple asset classes, identifying anomalies in real-time
  • Perform trade reconciliations between internal systems, counterparties, and clearing houses
  • Collaborate with front, middle, and back office teams to support seamless trading operations
  • Generate reports on trade metrics, breaks, and settlements for senior management review
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance checks for trade activities
  • Support system enhancements and testing for trading platforms used by JP Morgan Chase
  • Escalate complex issues to senior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation of trade support activities and resolutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, trading support, or middle office operations
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including execution, settlement, and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in financial markets, instruments such as equities, fixed income, or derivatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for investigating trade discrepancies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for global operations
