Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of transaction specialists to identify and optimize end-to-end transaction processes using data analytics and AI tools
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve transaction quality in JP Morgan's global operations
  • Analyze transaction data to uncover inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered solutions for automation and predictive modeling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transaction volumes, turnaround times, and compliance adherence
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Drive adoption of advanced technologies like machine learning to mitigate risks in high-volume financial transactions
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on process improvements and their impact on business outcomes
  • Ensure all transaction activities comply with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and RBI guidelines
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of transaction services within JP Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction processing, operations, or financial services
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams focused on process optimization
  • Strong understanding of financial transaction workflows and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI/ML applications in operational contexts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
