Key Responsibilities

  • Process and investigate ATM claims and exceptions, ensuring accurate resolution within service level agreements
  • Analyze transaction data to identify discrepancies, fraud patterns, or operational issues in the ATM ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and customer service, to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and claims in JP Morgan's proprietary systems for audit and reporting purposes
  • Monitor daily ATM transaction volumes and escalate anomalies to senior management
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines
  • Generate reports on claims trends and exception metrics to support process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on transaction handling best practices
  • Participate in system testing and upgrades for ATM-related applications within the CTO organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transaction processing, banking operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of ATM transactions, claims processing, and exception handling in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with flexible hours
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar core banking platforms
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as PCI DSS or ISO 27001 for financial transactions
