Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance and availability of JPMorgan Chase's ATM fleet and associated applications to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and disruptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the International Monitoring and Control Center (IMCC) and ATM Management Group (AMG) to support transaction processing
  • Analyze transaction data for anomalies, potential fraud, or system errors, and escalate as needed
  • Provide operational support for ATM deployments, maintenance, and upgrades across the network
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and trends to improve processes and prevent future issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all monitoring activities
  • Assist in optimizing customer experience by reducing transaction failures and enhancing ATM reliability
  • Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage for critical operations
  • Generate reports on ATM performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in transaction processing, ATM operations, or financial services support
  • Strong understanding of banking systems and payment processing protocols
  • Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting financial applications and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
  • U.S. work authorization and compliance with financial industry regulations
