Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify incoming financial transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and check deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Monitor and reconcile transaction accounts daily to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Utilize proprietary JPMorgan systems to input, track, and update transaction data securely
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational workflows and resolve complex transaction issues
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies to mitigate risks in financial operations
  • Generate reports on transaction volumes and anomalies for senior management review
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal inquiries regarding transaction status
  • Assist in training new team members on transaction processing procedures and best practices
  • Perform quality checks on processed transactions to maintain high standards of data integrity

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services, banking operations, or transaction processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data entry and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment within a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams
  • Availability to work 2nd shift hours, typically 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, including potential weekends
