Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily document transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Verify transaction details against source documents to prevent errors and fraud
  • Enter data into proprietary banking systems and maintain accurate records for audit purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in transaction processing
  • Monitor and escalate high-risk transactions in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports on transaction volumes and performance metrics for management
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements in the transactions team
  • Ensure all processed documents are securely stored and archived per JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Provide basic customer support for transaction-related inquiries via internal channels
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement updates to daily workflows

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in transaction processing, banking operations, or financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
  • Knowledge of basic financial regulations and compliance standards in the banking industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to pass background checks
