Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing plastic card transactions, including verification and reconciliation of shipments in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records for plastic cards and related materials using JP Morgan's proprietary systems
• Conduct quality checks on card production batches to ensure compliance with financial security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and support audit processes
• Handle data entry for transaction logs, ensuring all entries align with regulatory requirements
• Assist in warehouse organization, including sorting, labeling, and preparing materials for distribution
• Monitor and report on transaction volumes and warehouse metrics to support operational efficiency
• Support fraud detection by reviewing suspicious transaction patterns in card issuances
• Participate in training sessions on new financial products and compliance updates
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance transaction accuracy and speed in the plastics operations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in transaction processing, warehouse operations, or financial services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with physical demands such as standing and lifting
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the banking industry
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential on-site requirements
