Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing plastic card transactions, including verification and reconciliation of shipments in the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for plastic cards and related materials using JP Morgan's proprietary systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and support audit processes

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting
