Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily document transactions, including verifying, scanning, and entering data into JP Morgan Chase's proprietary systems with high accuracy
  • Review and reconcile transaction records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding transaction inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential fraud in transaction documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex transaction issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on transaction volumes and performance metrics
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and responding to requests
  • Adhere to first-shift schedule (typically 8 AM - 5 PM ET) to meet operational deadlines
  • Continuously improve processes by suggesting enhancements to transaction workflows
  • Ensure all activities align with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to ethical banking practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in transaction processing, banking operations, or financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
