Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify daily document transactions, including wire transfers, checks, and payment instructions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and reconcile transaction discrepancies using JP Morgan's proprietary systems to minimize errors and financial risks
  • Monitor incoming transactions for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex transaction queries during off-peak hours
  • Generate reports on transaction volumes, errors, and efficiencies for senior management review
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive client data in accordance with JP Morgan's data protection standards
  • Support audit processes by providing transaction records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in a 24/7 financial services environment
  • Assist in training junior team members on transaction protocols and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transaction processing, banking operations, or financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards such as AML and KYC
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Availability to work 3rd shift (typically 10 PM - 6 AM ET) including weekends and holidays
