Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic data and AI program plans for the APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global enterprise goals
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between technology, business units, and compliance teams to deliver high-impact data initiatives
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of transformation projects in the financial services sector
  • Identify and mitigate risks in data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance across APAC markets
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement with senior leaders in JP Morgan's APAC operations, including in investment banking and asset management
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting to CDAO leadership
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Transformation and Program Management Office
  • Coordinate with global CDAO teams to integrate APAC-specific insights into firm-wide data strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, transformation initiatives, or data and analytics roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale data and AI programs in a regional or global context, ideally in APAC
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including data privacy laws like PDPA in Singapore and GDPR equivalents
  • Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a banking environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced certification in data science, AI, or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master)
