Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of capital data products within JPMorgan Chase's Treasury Chief Investment Office, ensuring alignment with strategic investment goals
• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for capital-related data assets, prioritizing features based on business needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions for treasury operations
• Oversee data quality, governance, and compliance standards to support accurate capital reporting and forecasting in line with global banking regulations
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive efficient product delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Analyze emerging trends in capital markets and regulatory changes to enhance data product capabilities and support CIO investment decisions
• Partner with risk management and finance teams to integrate capital data products into broader JPMorgan Chase platforms
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback to optimize treasury efficiency and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's data security and ethical standards in all product initiatives
• Contribute to thought leadership on capital data strategies, presenting insights to senior leadership in the Chief Investment Office

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in treasury, investment management, or capital markets
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role in agile environments, with experience managing data products in a banking context
• Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks (e.g., Basel III/IV, IFRS 9) and their impact on treasury operations at a global bank like JPMorgan Chase
• Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and lifecycle management in financial datasets
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous for London-based role

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSPO, PSM) or data management (e.g., CDMP)
• Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank, ideally in treasury or chief investment office functions
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems and tools for capital modeling and reporting
• Background in product management for capital optimization or risk data products
• Experience with sustainable finance or ESG data integration in treasury contexts
