Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced treasury intelligence solutions to enhance cash visibility and forecasting accuracy at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with treasury operations, risk management, and technology teams to identify and prioritize solution requirements aligned with business objectives
• Analyze complex financial data sets to build predictive models for liquidity management and optimize global cash positioning
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and internal controls, mitigating risks in treasury activities
• Drive innovation by integrating AI, machine learning, and big data analytics into treasury workflows
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and creativity in solution delivery
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for treasury intelligence tools, recommending continuous improvements
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with JP Morgan's strategic goals in corporate banking and investment services
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new technologies to support scalable treasury operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on treasury operations or analytics solutions
• Proven track record in developing and implementing intelligence solutions for treasury management in a large-scale banking environment
• Strong understanding of global treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk assessment
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or IFRS standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications like CFA, FRM, or PMP
• Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices within financial technology projects
• Prior work at a global investment bank or financial institution on treasury intelligence platforms
