Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase treasury products such as ACH payments, wire transfers, and liquidity management tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and credit analysts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling additional banking services to an existing portfolio of over 20,000 clients nationwide
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimizing their cash flow and risk management
  • Prepare and present business cases for new client acquisitions in the Chicago region
  • Track performance metrics and report on sales targets to senior management
  • Support onboarding processes for new treasury clients, ensuring seamless integration of JP Morgan Chase platforms
  • Participate in community and industry events to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the middle market segment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the region
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in treasury services (e.g., OFAC, BSA)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language relevant to Chicago's diverse client base
  • Prior success in cross-selling financial products to middle market businesses
