Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless implementation of these solutions, from initial needs analysis to ongoing performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase treasury products such as ACH payments, wire transfers, and liquidity management tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, risk, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury services within an existing portfolio of over 20,000 clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial analyses to demonstrate the value of JP Morgan's offerings
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimizing their cash flow and risk management
  • Prepare and present business cases for new treasury implementations, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
  • Track and report on sales performance, client satisfaction, and portfolio metrics to senior management
  • Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating treasury setup and training
  • Participate in community and industry events in Atlanta to expand JP Morgan's network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Atlanta region and nationally as needed
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in treasury services (e.g., OFAC, BSA)
