  • Conduct market analysis to recommend optimal treasury strategies for commercial clients
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing advisory support to enhance financial efficiency
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and client retention efforts
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and federal banking regulations
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events in the Boston area
  • Analyze client data to tailor solutions using JP Morgan's advanced treasury platforms
  • Mentor junior team members on treasury product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
  • Series 6 or 7 license preferred, or willingness to obtain

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
