Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase treasury products such as liquidity management and trade finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and credit analysts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury services alongside other commercial banking offerings
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and needs assessments to enhance treasury operations
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in cash management
  • Prepare and present business cases for new client acquisitions and portfolio expansions
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and federal banking regulations in all client interactions
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, client satisfaction, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Participate in industry events and networking to expand JP Morgan Chase's middle market presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in treasury services (e.g., OFAC, BSA)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for diverse client base
