Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan's suite of cash management, liquidity, and risk management products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury services to existing commercial banking clients
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and needs assessments to enhance treasury operations
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in cash flow optimization
  • Prepare and present business cases for treasury product adoption, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Support portfolio management by tracking client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk management policies and federal banking regulations
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand JP Morgan's middle market presence in the Washington, DC region

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as AML and KYC
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and business development
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing preferred, with willingness to obtain if not held
