Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market clients to understand their treasury needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the Boston market, focusing on companies with revenues between $10M and $500M
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking team to design and implement cash management, liquidity, and payment strategies
  • Conduct financial analyses and present customized treasury proposals to enhance client efficiency and mitigate risks
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury products such as sweep accounts, wire transfers, and trade finance solutions
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimizing their working capital
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior client executives, highlighting JP Morgan's treasury capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all client interactions
  • Track portfolio performance and report on key metrics to senior management
  • Mentor junior team members on treasury best practices and client engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with middle-market clients and driving treasury solutions
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment for commercial clients
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Boston region and nationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
