  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure comprehensive financial solutions, including liquidity management and risk mitigation
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present customized treasury products to enhance cash flow efficiency
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimal treasury strategies
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling JP Morgan Chase's suite of banking and advisory services
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and proposals to senior client stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations in all client interactions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of sales strategies for the region

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients in commercial and specialized industries
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as AML and KYC
  • Experience in sales and business development within the banking sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
