Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide, focusing on commercial and specialized industries
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored treasury management solutions, including cash flow optimization and risk management tools
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling JP Morgan Chase's suite of financial products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit risk and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
• Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to advise clients on best practices in treasury operations
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to expand JP Morgan's market share
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of sales strategies for the Commercial & Specialized Industries group
• Participate in industry events and networking to build JP Morgan's brand presence in the middle market segment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
• Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients in commercial and specialized industries
• Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as FDIC and OCC guidelines
• Experience in sales and business development within the banking sector
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Economics
• Certification in Treasury Management (e.g., CTP from AFP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with specialized industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or energy
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin, for diverse client base
