  • Develop customized treasury solutions tailored to the unique needs of government entities, including cash flow optimization and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists and credit analysts to deliver comprehensive financial services
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position JPMorgan Chase as the preferred partner
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and financial analyses to government clients
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking to expand JPMorgan's presence in the government sector
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to sales strategy development
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales, with a focus on government clients
  • Proven track record in generating new business and managing client relationships in the public sector
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Strong understanding of State and Local Government financial regulations and procurement processes
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a concentration in public finance
  • Experience working directly with State or Local Government entities in treasury or banking roles
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's treasury management platforms and digital tools
  • Previous leadership experience in a sales or relationship management team
  • Certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent
