Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase's suite of financial products, including liquidity management, trade finance, and digital banking tools
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing portfolio of over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists, risk management, and compliance to deliver seamless financial solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to advise clients on optimizing their treasury operations
  • Prepare and present financial proposals, pitches, and performance reports to senior executives and boards
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk and regulatory policies while supporting client financial health
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team goals in the New Orleans office
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the region

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit sectors
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
  • Experience in sales and business development within the U.S. banking sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
  • Prior experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a similar large financial institution
