Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with middle market healthcare clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare services sector across the Southeast region
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial products, including liquidity management and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct client needs assessments and present JP Morgan Chase's treasury offerings to drive revenue growth
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in healthcare finance to advise clients proactively
• Manage a portfolio of over 20,000 middle market clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate digital treasury tools for healthcare efficiency
• Prepare and deliver financial analyses and reports to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members on sales strategies specific to the financial services industry
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations in client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
• Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients, particularly in the healthcare sector
• Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare finance, such as HIPAA and Medicare compliance
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the Southeast region
• Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance
• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical companies
