Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with middle market healthcare clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare services sector across the United States
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial products, including cash flow optimization and risk management strategies
• Conduct financial analysis and present treasury solutions to senior executives at healthcare organizations
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for JP Morgan Chase services
• Stay abreast of industry trends in healthcare finance and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate digital treasury tools for enhanced client efficiency
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, client retention, and revenue growth to senior management
• Mentor junior team members in treasury sales best practices and client engagement techniques
• Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
• Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients, particularly in the healthcare sector
• In-depth knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as AML and KYC requirements
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
• Series 7 or equivalent licensing preferred for financial advisory roles

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance
• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical companies
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's treasury management platforms like Chase Connect
