Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market healthcare clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the healthcare services sector across the Nashville region and surrounding areas
  • Analyze client financial needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase treasury products such as ACH payments, wire transfers, and liquidity management tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and credit analysts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends in healthcare finance and adapt strategies to support over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities for additional JP Morgan services like lending and investment advisory
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies in treasury operations
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management on client portfolio and sales targets
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with middle market clients, particularly in the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
