Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with multinational corporations and middle market clients to provide tailored treasury management solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend JP Morgan Chase's suite of cash management, liquidity, and payment services
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and risk management to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury products and expanding existing client portfolios
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to advise clients on optimizing their treasury operations
  • Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and performance reports to senior client executives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client seminars in the Boston area
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive solutions to mitigate financial risks
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team goals within JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with multinational corporations and middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and trade finance products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in international treasury operations
