  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for finance leaders, utilizing tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Support earnings meetings by preparing data-driven insights, presentations, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze financial metrics, liquidity positions, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Treasury, Finance, and Risk to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting treasury operations and incorporate into analytics frameworks
  • Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to support treasury initiatives and business objectives
  • Contribute to the enhancement of analytics models for forecasting and stress testing
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls in all analytical outputs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analytics, treasury operations, or competitive intelligence within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R for handling large datasets
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, peer benchmarking, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience supporting executive-level presentations and earnings calls in a corporate finance environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
