Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports for treasury products, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
  • Perform in-depth analytics on treasury positions, liquidity, and funding metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and manage projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and process improvements in the treasury function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk management, finance, and operations to resolve discrepancies and optimize controls
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury products, identifying trends and potential risks
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for senior management and regulatory audits
  • Implement controls to mitigate financial reporting risks in an evolving regulatory landscape
  • Support the integration of new treasury products and ensure accurate product control frameworks
  • Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual treasury results
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and advise on their impact to JP Morgan Chase's treasury operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, or treasury operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and IFRS 9
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience in project management within a controlled financial environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
