Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market clients to identify treasury needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver treasury products, including cash management, foreign exchange, and trade finance
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments to drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Analyze client financial data to provide insights on liquidity optimization and risk management strategies
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in treasury management
  • Achieve sales targets by prospecting new clients and cross-selling JP Morgan Chase banking services
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and documentation for treasury solutions
  • Support senior sales team in portfolio management and client retention initiatives
  • Participate in industry events and networking to build JP Morgan Chase's presence in the middle-market segment
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury services, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles, with experience managing middle-market client portfolios
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with middle-market clients in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or technology
