Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients to identify treasury needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver treasury products such as cash pooling, foreign exchange hedging, and trade finance
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of JP Morgan's treasury platforms, including JPM Access and digital banking tools
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for treasury services within the Commercial Bank division
  • Analyze client financial data to provide insights on liquidity optimization and risk management
  • Support cross-selling initiatives by partnering with other JP Morgan lines of business, such as investment banking
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in treasury management
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to clients, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities
  • Assist in training junior team members on treasury sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan's risk and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, commercial banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Proven track record in sales or relationship management within the middle market segment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with middle market clients in the Southwest region
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in treasury services (e.g., OFAC, BSA)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the Dallas market demographics
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
