Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market healthcare clients, providing tailored treasury solutions to optimize cash flow and liquidity
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch customized financial products, including foreign exchange, trade finance, and payment automation
• Conduct market analysis and client needs assessments to identify opportunities for treasury enhancements in the healthcare sector
• Support revenue growth by achieving sales targets for treasury services within the Commercial Bank
• Educate clients on industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative solutions like real-time payments and digital treasury platforms
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial reports to prospective and existing clients
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with risk management standards and provide proactive advisory services
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to integrate healthcare-specific insights into broader JP Morgan Chase strategies
• Track and report on sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance metrics to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury services, commercial banking, or financial sales within the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing tailored to middle-market clients
• Proven track record in relationship management and sales within financial services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
