  • Prospect and acquire new business within the healthcare services sector, focusing on commercial banking opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and pitch customized financial products like cash flow optimization and risk management
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver presentations on treasury services to healthcare executives and decision-makers
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in healthcare to advise clients proactively
  • Achieve sales targets for treasury products while ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and industry standards
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of treasury solutions, including integration with electronic banking platforms
  • Analyze client financial data to recommend improvements in liquidity and working capital management
  • Participate in industry events and networking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the healthcare market
  • Provide ongoing support to resolve client issues and foster long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, commercial banking, or financial services within the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management with middle-market clients
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, such as HIPAA and Medicare compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or services firms in a banking capacity
