Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market healthcare clients, providing tailored treasury solutions to optimize cash flow and mitigate risks
• Prospect and acquire new clients within the healthcare services sector, leveraging JPMorgan Chase's extensive network to support over 20,000 middle-market businesses nationwide
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to design customized financial strategies involving payments, liquidity management, and foreign exchange
• Conduct needs assessments and present treasury product recommendations, such as automated clearing house (ACH) services and wire transfers, to enhance client efficiency
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in healthcare finance to advise clients proactively and drive revenue growth through upselling opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports to senior stakeholders and clients
• Support the Commercial Banking team's goals by achieving sales targets and contributing to client retention strategies
• Participate in industry events and networking to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in the San Diego healthcare community
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while managing client portfolios
• Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for treasury optimization and risk reduction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury services, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing tailored to healthcare clients
• Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles, with experience managing middle-market accounts
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector, including HIPAA and payment compliance
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in treasury management (e.g., CTP - Certified Treasury Professional)
• Prior experience working with healthcare providers, such as hospitals or pharmaceutical companies
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's treasury products and platforms, like JPM Access and Treasury Connect
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, given the diverse client base in San Diego
