Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients in commercial and specialized industries to provide tailored treasury solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cash management, liquidity, and payment services from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and risk management, to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops to drive adoption of treasury services
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in the financial services industry to advise clients proactively
  • Achieve sales targets by generating new business and expanding existing client relationships across the U.S.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, proposals, and performance metrics to support client decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's policies, banking regulations, and anti-money laundering standards
  • Participate in industry events and networking to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the middle market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, commercial banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products and services, including cash management and liquidity solutions
  • Proven track record in sales or relationship management within the middle market segment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
