Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients in commercial and specialized industries to provide tailored treasury solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cash management, liquidity, and payment products from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and risk management to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops to drive adoption of treasury services
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in the financial services industry to advise clients proactively
  • Achieve sales targets for treasury products while ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and banking regulations
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of treasury solutions, including integration with digital platforms
  • Analyze client financial data to uncover opportunities for cross-selling additional JP Morgan services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, commercial banking, or financial services
  • Proven track record in relationship management with middle market clients
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products and cash management solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with commercial and specialized industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or energy
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's treasury platforms and digital banking tools
  • Previous sales experience in a top-tier financial institution
