Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, providing tailored treasury solutions to over 20,000 clients nationwide
  • Identify client needs through consultative selling and recommend JP Morgan Chase treasury products such as liquidity management, foreign exchange, and trade finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists, risk management, and credit analysts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to advise clients on optimizing cash flow and risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial reports to prospective and existing clients
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding wallet share within assigned client portfolio
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of treasury services, ensuring seamless integration with their financial operations
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote JP Morgan Chase's expertise in the sector
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to cross-sell additional banking and advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services within the healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit sectors
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in middle market segments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts
