Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, managing a portfolio of over 20,000 clients nationwide
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored treasury solutions such as cash flow optimization, foreign exchange hedging, and trade finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and risk management to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on economic trends impacting client industries
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial reports to clients and prospects
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and regulatory standards in all client interactions
  • Participate in industry events and networking to expand JP Morgan's presence in target sectors
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance and provide ongoing advisory support
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior associates and sharing best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services within the middle market sector
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships in healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit industries
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to healthcare (e.g., HIPAA) and nonprofits (e.g., 501(c)(3) compliance)
