Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market clients in healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, providing tailored treasury solutions to over 20,000 clients nationwide
  • Identify client needs through consultative selling and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase treasury products such as liquidity management, foreign exchange, and trade finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists, credit analysts, and relationship managers to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and stay informed on industry trends affecting healthcare, education, and nonprofits to proactively advise clients
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling additional JPMorgan services like investment banking and capital markets products
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial analyses to prospective and existing clients
  • Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies
  • Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to expand JPMorgan's market presence
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline development to senior management
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team training on sector-specific knowledge

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury sales, financial services, or relationship management within the financial industry
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, or nonprofits
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts
