Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with middle market real estate clients to identify treasury needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and pitch treasury products, including cash management, foreign exchange, and trade finance
  • Conduct market analysis and client consultations to optimize liquidity and risk management strategies for real estate portfolios
  • Drive sales targets by generating new business opportunities within the real estate banking sector
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance and satisfaction with JPMorgan Chase services
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on treasury solutions at client meetings and industry conferences
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to position JPMorgan Chase as the preferred partner for real estate treasury needs
  • Assist in product development feedback loops based on client insights from the real estate vertical
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury services, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing tailored to real estate clients
  • Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles, with experience in the middle market segment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and treasury operations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX
