Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide, providing tailored treasury and cash management solutions
  • Identify client needs through consultative selling and recommend JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products including foreign exchange, trade finance, and liquidity management
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists and risk management to deliver customized financial strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting treasury services to advise clients proactively
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for treasury products in the San Francisco region
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial reports to clients and senior management
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure optimal use of JPMorgan Chase's digital treasury tools and platforms
  • Participate in client events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase's internal policies in all sales activities
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, resolving issues and identifying upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, treasury management, or sales within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales in the middle market segment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial solutions clearly

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with middle market clients in the technology or healthcare industries
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's treasury platforms such as JPM Access and Treasury Connect
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin to serve diverse client bases
