Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Treasury Management Associates and Analysts, fostering professional growth and performance excellence
  • Oversee the sales strategy for treasury solutions, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking objectives
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with mid-market corporate clients in the Midwest region
  • Collaborate with product specialists to customize treasury offerings, including liquidity management and FX hedging
  • Monitor team performance metrics, such as revenue targets and client retention rates, and implement improvement initiatives
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for treasury product innovation and client expansion
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all treasury sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management, sales, or financial services

  • Deep knowledge of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector, such as Dodd-Frank and Basel III
  • Experience managing client relationships in a high-volume sales environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and team development
