Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of treasury sales professionals to deliver customized financial solutions to over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial term lending products, focusing on cash management and liquidity optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Portland region and across the U.S.
  • Analyze client financial data to recommend tailored treasury solutions that enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk and product specialists, to structure complex deals
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in treasury management
  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance metrics aligned with JP Morgan Chase goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand wallet share within existing client portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations in all sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury sales, commercial lending, or financial services within the middle market sector
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in term lending products
  • Deep knowledge of treasury management solutions, cash flow optimization, and commercial banking regulations
  • Strong understanding of middle market client needs, including industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and technology
  • Experience with risk assessment and compliance in financial transactions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and team development
