Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation across various asset classes
  • Oversee cash movements and funding activities to ensure timely and accurate execution in alignment with client and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, compliance, and technology, to support seamless trade operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade lifecycle and funding metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations governing trade activities at JPMorgan Chase
  • Analyze trade data to detect anomalies and resolve discrepancies in cash and position reconciliations
  • Support the development and testing of new trading systems and workflows
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on trade lifecycle best practices
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at optimizing asset management processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of cash management, funding processes, and asset lifecycle in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in trade processing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar investment banking platforms
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in trade lifecycle and funding (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank)
