Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using React.js for JP Morgan Chase's market-leading financial products
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support global banking operations
• Implement front-end features that integrate with backend services, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues in high-traffic trading environments
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Contribute to the innovation of digital experiences for clients in wealth management and investment banking
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all developed solutions adhere to JP Morgan's security standards and data privacy protocols
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in front-end development within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on front-end development
• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience building scalable and secure user interfaces for financial applications
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technology products in a regulated industry
